| RF control system for chairlift | ||

| Project | Development of a new chairlift control system, Flow 2. We designed the wireless parts of the control system: a call- and send-unit allowing users to send or call for the chairlift at every floor, an user-interface (the controlunit for the liftchair itself), a rf transceiver for the main lift-control, a repeater to increase the range when the elevator is called for at a distance of more than 5 floors and a modem-transceiver for remote dialing in for service purposes. We used high-performance small band transceivers (868 MHz ISM band) combined with an advanced radioprotocol to meet a variety of safety and system requirements. | |
