Of course we can't tell you all about our RF projects. But this will give you an idea of some of our recent projects, customers and our tailored RF solutions.
klystron RF power amplifier
For Yetech Applications we developed a 2856 MHz 250 Watt RF power amplifier. This complete amplifier unit in 2U 19"rack is used as driver amplifier for a 10 KWatt Klystron.
For Yetech we also developed a 2856 MHz programmable gated synthesizer module. Output power of this module is 1 Watt (+30 dBm). Frequency is software (remote) programmable from 2700 MHz to 2900 MHz.
RF transmitter / receiver
For Curatech we developed several RF transmitters and RF receivers operating at 868 MHz for social alarm purposes.
Phase locked oscillator
For Axtal GmbH we developed a 104 MHz Phase Locked Oscillator (PLO). This reference oscillator is frequency software programmable.
For Axtal we also developed low noise 1000 and 1200 MHz crystal multiplied oscillators. These very demanding oscillators are used in military applications.
Industrial rf remote control (long distance)
For Hawlar's Future we developed a long distance (1.500 m) industrial rf remote control system: rf transmitter and rf receiver.
Long-range 868 MHz receiver system
For Greenswan we developed a wireless control for a building maintenance access system (winner Construction Industry Innovation Award 2003) It is a combined long-range receiver system (lift engine control and wireless remote control) that operates in the 868 MHz ISM band.
